Shipping Policy

At Kits4Real, we work hard to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery responsibilities.

Order Preparation & Processing

  • Orders are typically prepared and processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
  • During this stage, payment verification and quality checks are completed to ensure your order details are accurate.
  • Once an order enters the shipping process, we are unable to modify:
    • Shipping addresses
    • Product selections
    • Personalized details such as names or jersey numbers

We strongly recommend reviewing all information carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted international shipping carriers and local delivery providers to ship orders worldwide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States, Canada: 10–25 business days
  • Western Europe: 15–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 20–30 business days
  • Eastern Europe, Mexico, Central & South America: 15–30 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs procedures, local courier delays, holidays, or global logistics disruptions.
  • Orders containing multiple products may arrive separately depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment locations.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €49.99.
  • Orders below this amount may include a flat shipping fee displayed during checkout.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Kits4Real ships to customers worldwide. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • Clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to estimate or control these fees.

If a package is refused by the recipient and returned to us, any return shipping charges or customs-related fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking Information

  • All shipped orders include tracking.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information during checkout.

Kits4Real cannot be held responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Orders lost because of inaccurate shipping details

Once an order has been dispatched, rerouting may not be possible. In certain cases, undeliverable packages are destroyed by the shipping carrier and are not returned to us.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labor strikes or carrier issues

Kits4Real is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kits4Real is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

For damaged items, customers must contact us promptly with clear photos of the packaging and product. Claims submitted too late may not qualify for review.
