Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • To qualify for a return, items must:
    • Be unworn and unused
    • Remain in original condition
    • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or refund.

Customized Products

  • Personalized or customized products, including jerseys with custom names or numbers, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Please carefully review all customization details and sizing information before completing your purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments or sanitary products

Incorrect Shipping Information

Kits4Real is not responsible for orders affected by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, including:

  • Incorrect names
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Wrong postal codes or phone numbers

Orders lost or returned due to inaccurate customer information are not eligible for refunds. In certain situations, undeliverable packages may be disposed of by the shipping carrier.
